My name is Dawna and I love fitness & nutrition. I am not an expert, but I love to share my passion with anyone who can stand to listen, which is why I decided to start a blog. I love talking about running, Turbo Kick, and food.....as well as odd items that may or may not be related to fitness. I've never been a thin girl, but I aspire to be healthy & fit. And I don't believe in being 100% serious all the time.....
