I did not feel like working out tonight. By the time Friday comes around I am beat, and all I feel like doing is sitting on the couch with some food...
But, I know I will feel so much better if I just buck-up and get my workout on. Even if just for 15- 20 minutes. And so, that's what I did tonight. I immediately put my workout clothes on, because if I do that it seems easier to get motivated, and then I quit whining for 2 minutes and just started moving. Something is better than nothing.
I always know that I will feel better if I do something, because otherwise I end up on the couch all night (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), and eat too much food (which is a bad thing). So, follow the motto I came up with a while ago......... Just Do It.
Actually, Nike came up with that motto. ;)
ReplyDeleteHmmm.....that's odd.....I was pretty sure I came up with it. And to think that I was in the sports shop freaking out because my motto was on the bottom of a shoe. :)
